Note: If you have a specific time you don't want the maintenance to be carried out (ie morning between 7-10am) then please state so.
We will respond to all requests as soon as possible. All emergency repairs will be carried out within 7 days (ie hot water system failure), however please note the same priority will not be given for a minor maintenance request like a small leaking tap.
