Units do not last long at Glenefer Gardens so be prepared and have your application pack ready prior to inspection
To apply for a unit at Glenefer Gardens is easy. Like most real estates we require the following information:
- identification such as drivers licence, medicare card and passport
- two recent payslips or copies of bank statements to show you can afford the rent
- previous rental history
The easiest way to apply is to download our
application tenancy form, fill it in and save to your computer. Then simply email the completed application form with relevant information to
info@glenefer.com.au. Below you can download our application form, lease annex which will be attached to our standard RTA lease and Glenefer Gardens bylaws.
If you don't have access to a scanner to scan in photo ID's such as your Drivers License and Passport, you may be able to take a photo using your mobile phone and email it to yourself OR email
info@glenefer.com.au.
